Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution ได้ทำการรวบรวมตัวเกมและการ์ดทั้งหมดกว่า 20 ปี มาไว้อยู่ในตัวเกมเกมเดียว มันประกอบไปด้วยการ์ดกว่า 9,000 ใบให้เราได้เลือกหยิบมาสร้างเด็คของเราขึ้นมาได้อย่างอิสระ น่าเสียดายที่ตัวเกมยังขาดการ์ดของชุด Duel Power ไป แต่ก็ถือว่าใหม่ที่สุดแล้ว เท่าที่เกมการ์ด Yu-Gi-Oh! เกมหนึ่งจะเดินทางมาถึง โหมด Campaign ของตัวเกมก็ค่อนข้างที่จะใหญ่และเต็มไปด้วยเนื้อ โดยจะทำการแบ่งออกเป็น 6 บท ซึ่งครอบคลุมครบทั้ง 6 ซีซั่น และครอบคลุมเรื่องราวสำคัญๆ ไว้ทั้งหมด ทั้งการต่อสู้ที่ยิ่งใหญ่ และน่าจดจำต่างๆ จากตั้งแต่ ZEXAL ถึง ARC-V ที่เราสามารถดูเอลแบบคลาสสิคจากทั้งสองด้าน ที่ทำให้เราสามารถรับรางวัลเป็น 2 เท่าได้อีกด้วย
